I have used a some of these drivers in the past (I have been in this area for 16 years) and have been very satisfied.
But I must make one comment. Granted, anyone is free to set rates as they wish and let the market decide if those rates are acceptable. However, based on my attendance at numerous conferences throughout the country, some of the listed van rates are way out of line. I know that I can fly to any city in the US and purchase a round-trip van shuttle for airport-to-hotel service for $25-$40. To see a one-way rate of $60 per person by Global Link is unaccaptable. Having served on a committee to chose sites for conferences (this area has been one of them), this transportation price would negatively impact the choice of site for the conference. In this case, I would look at Albany companies and negotiate fees from that direction. I would ask that van drivers keep this in mind when negotiating prices.
