Zero Energy Certification: April 2023

The CDE Residence Hall is a two-story, 30 private room residence hall.  This building  houses the CDE Fellows who are enrolled in the Center for Development Economics master level program.  The residence hall provides living space for the Fellows which is private and separate from the main Saint Anthony Hall building which houses their academic, social, dining, and administrative components of the program.  The construction began in July 2017 and was complete in December 2018.  This residence hall has been designed and achieved Net Zero Energy certification through the International Living Future Institute
