Architectural Trades are responsible for the maintenance of all campus buildings. These include repairs to building structures and systems (carpentry shop), replacement and maintenance of keys/key systems (Lockshop), and finishes to all building components (Paint Shop).

The Carpenter Shop is responsible for the maintenance of campus building systems, such as roofs, gutters, walls, doors, door hardware, and windows, among others. -
The Lockshop locksmiths are responsible for maintenance and repair of door hardware, programming locknetic devices, and updating the master key systems. -
The Paint Shop is responsible for the maintenance and finishes of campus building systems such as walls, doors, windows, ceilings, and stairways, among others.
