Energy Control

The Energy Controls department  is designed to improve the college’s overall ability to manage the growing number of modern electrical, mechanical, and environmental control system technology while enhancing  the energy related sustainability efforts that have become a critical mission of Williams College. Areas of concern for the incumbent will be temperature monitoring; preparation of design, specification and contract management of a campus energy management system; assisting with management of ECM projects; field adjustment, repair, and change out of existing mechanical system controls; management of a campus energy management program; and overall operation of the energy management system. In addition, the incumbent shall be responsible for a preventive maintenance program relative all facets of facilities Building Management Systems
