The CDE Residence Hall is a two-story, 30 private room residence hall.  This building will house the CDE Fellows who are enrolled in the Center for Development Economics master level program.  The residence hall will provide living space for the Fellows which is private and separate from the main Saint Anthony Hall building which houses their academic, social, dining, and administrative components of the program.  The construction began in July 2017 and is anticipated to be ready for the CDE Fellows at the start of the 2018/2019 academic year.  This residence hall has been designed to achieve Net Zero Energy certification.
